The Humanitarian Assistance Program is the U.S. Southern Command’s IDIQ supporting Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HA/DR) missions and programs in an effort to enhance security and stability in Central America, South America, and the Caribbean, the Bahamas and the country of Mexico. These areas have continuously seen a history of widespread disasters; this IDIQ is focused on a series of project to: support the development of civilian infrastructure, improve responses to emergencies and disasters, and improve living conditions.
